The forecast has cleared so we are planning on the first Silver Lake Friday @11:00. Meet at the beach! I know that many folks have conflicts today, so no worries if you can't make it.

Happy Summer Vacation!

We'd like to send an open invite to Emmett's CLS friends to come join us for Silver Lake Fridays. Starting 6/9 and following every other Friday 11 - 3, join us for some fun in the sun at Silver Lake Beach. Come enjoy the beach, swimming, paddle boarding, lawn games, and just hanging out in the sun with friends. Please BYOLunch, although there will always be snacks to share (you've all met my teenage son, right?). If you (parent) can't make it, but your kiddo wants to come, please text me, we likely can make an arrangement for drop off and pick up.  
Please comment below or text me if you'll be coming so we can plan snacks and some activities.

A note about weather: A beach day kinda stinks if it's raining. Watch this blog category to see if we need to cancel due to weather. Assume if no rain is in the forecast between 11 & 3, we'll likely be heading out to the lake.

Every Other Friday starting 6/9 (6/9, 6/23, 7/7, 7/21, 8/4, 8/18)
Time: 11 to 3 (but come and go as you like)
Fees: Silver Lake Beach fees are $5 per car for WI Residence, and $10 for non-residents. Carpooling encouraged!
What to bring:

• Lunch 
• water 
• Sunscreen 
• appropriate beach stuff 
• Any lawn games you want to share
